MARSHALL — A 40-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 5:58 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Minnesota Highway 23 and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 46-year-old woman was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 5:28 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Saratoga Street and South A Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An assault reported at 8:47 a.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
