MARSHALL — A 23-year-old male was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident reported at 10:53 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and O’Connell Street, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 7:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
RUSSELL — A report is not complete on a fraud incident reported at 12:24 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of 210th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
