COTTONWOOD — A criminal sexual conduct incident reported at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 26-year-old male was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident reported at 10:01 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of West Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A family matter was reported at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Seventh Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 31-year-old male was arrested on a Brown County warrant in an incident reported at 3:17 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of coins reported at 2:48 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 8:36 a.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Fairview Street, Marshall Police said.
