MARSHALL — A 70-year-old male was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 9:45 a.m. Sunday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD — Parties were separated in a domestic incident reported at 2:25 a.m. Sunday on West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 40-year-old male was cited for expired registration in an incident reported at 11:13 a.m. Sunday on the intersection of East Main Street and North First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Graffiti on entrance doors reported at 10:57 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of West Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

YELLOW MEDICINE COUNTY — A Canby man was injured in a semi rollover crash reported at 4:22 a.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 67 north of Minnesota Highway 19, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2001 Peterbilt tractor driven by Ronald Luwayne Olson of Canby was traveling eastbound on Yellow Medicine County Road 46 and was traveling too fast to stop for the stop sign at Highway 67, the State Patrol said. The driver lost control, entered the north ditch and rolled, State Patrol said. Olson was taken to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries, State Patrol said.
