GARVIN — A 52-year-old male was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 1:23 p.m. Wednesday on the 2800 block of U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TYLER — A 62-year-old male was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 7:08 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MILROY — A 59-year-old male was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of 240th Street and Lyon County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A Husky was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint reported at 9:42 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Viking Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 37-year-old male was arrested for fraud, forgery, and giving a false name and date of birth to a peace officer in an incident reported at 10:18 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 2015 Ford received damage on the driver’s rear panel by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 3:36 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of State Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A black and white kitten was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint reported at 9:54 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 19-year-old male was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in an incident reported at 10:08 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of East Main Street and East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.
