MARSHALL — An incident involving a person fleeing from a peace officer at 5:30 p.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of East College Drive is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — Check forgery reported at 2:14 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old male was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant in an incident reported at 12:48 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 46-year-old female was cited for speeding at 8:57 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Erie Road and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
