MARSHALL — A 43-year-old woman was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 8:27 a.m. Tuesday on the intersection of 270th Street and Lyon County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A dog was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint reported at 6:43 a.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Genesis Avenue, Marshall Police said. THe dog was later released to its owner, Police said.

MARSHALL — A boys bicycle was found and taken to impound in an incident reported at 10:03 a.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Identity theft reported at 4:59 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 34-year-old man was cited for no Minnesota driver’s license in an incident reported at 7:14 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of East College Drive and Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 26-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of Lilac Drive and Timberlane Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — An animal complaint was reported at 4:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of North Jackson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA — A damage to property incident was reported at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North Adams Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA — A family matter was reported at 9:13 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of East Fifth Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
