TAUNTON — An 18-year-old female was cited for speeding at 8:24 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 68 and 130th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

RUSSELL — A 23-year-old male was cited for speeding at 2:20 p.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 12:47 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of South Mound Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA — An incident involving an intoxicated person was reported at 11:28 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of East Third Street, Minneota Police said.

MARSHALL — A 36-year-old male was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant in an incident reported at 11:18 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A kitten was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint reported at 10:08 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
