TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 7:38 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for loud music in a noise complaint incident reported at 6:18 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Jewett Street and Parkside Drive, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA – A suspicious incident was reported at 11 p.m. Wednesday on the 3000 block of 160th Avenue, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL – A 2002 Chevrolet, maroon in color with Minnesota license plate 617DVE, valued at approximately $2,500 was stolen in an auto theft incident reported at 9:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A suspicious incident reported at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday on the 2700 block of Lyon County Road 9 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on an animal bite incident reported at 6:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of Carlson Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for the consideration of fifth degree assault and disorderly conduct charges on a Marshall man, 20, involved in an assault incident reported at 6:24 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of Floyd Wild Drive, Marshall Police said.
TRACY – A Chandler man, 45, was cited for no proof of insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 5:54 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of South 4th Street and Lyon County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
COTTONWOOD – A Hartford, South Dakota man, 20, was cited for no seat belt in a traffic related incident reported at 3:57 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 22, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
TRACY – A Tracy man, 65, was cited for speeding in a traffic related incident reported at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Lyon County Road 11 and 160th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – A Balaton man, 47, was cited for speeding in a traffic related incident reported at 3:02 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Lyon County Road 7 and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
TRACY – A Tracy man, 59, was cited for speeding in a traffic related incident reported at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 210th Street and Lyon County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An Elkton, South Dakota man, 43, was cited for speeding in a traffic related incident reported at 9:02 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Amiret Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2001 Oldsmobile driven by a Balaton man, 20, received moderate damage and a 1998 Dodge driven by a Marshall woman, 38, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of West College Drive and Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said.
