MARSHALL – A Milroy woman, 25, was arrested and cited for third degree DWI and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an alcohol related incident reported at 10:05 p.m. Monday on the 3200 block of Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 28, was cited for no proof of insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 9:43 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 25, was cited for no seatbelt and no proof of insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 7:54 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Southview Drive and South 1st Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

RUSSELL – A cellphone was recovered in a theft incident reported at 6:53 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of South 2nd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 25, was arrested and cited for driving after cancellation and no insurance and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related incident reported at 6:12 p.m. Monday near the intersection of South 1st Street and East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall boy, 17, was entered into the system as a runaway in an attempt to locate incident reported at 3:43 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A hit and run incident was reported at 12:36 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A search warrant was executed in a search warrant incident reported at 12:33 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on a personal injury accident reported at 1:28 p.m. Monday near the intersection of 240th Avenue and 300th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A 2000 International driven by a Ruthton man, 27, received light damage when it struck a parked and unattended International, causing moderate damage, in a crash reported at 9:24 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man was injured in a crash reported at 8:49 a.m. Monday near the intersection of Lyon County Road 7 and Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said. Law Eh was transported to the hospital by ambulance and his 2007 Hyundai was demolished in the crash, Police said. A 1989 International driven by a Marshall man, 61, received moderate damage in the crash, and no injuries to its driver were reported, Police said. The Marshall Fire Department and North Memorial Ambulance assisted at the scene, Police said.
