Crime/accidents for July 10

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 26, was arrested and cited for obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a suspicious incident reported at 3:52 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – An incident described as all other was reported at 1:47 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of North Jackson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD – A report is not yet complete on an assault incident reported at 1:40 a.m. Thursday on East 2nd Street North, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 11:27 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of Indiana Jones Avenue were counseled, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 9:36 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Youman Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY – A Tracy woman, 55, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Rowland Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An incident described as all other reported at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – A check fraud incident reported at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 2:08 p.m. Wednesday on West 1st Street North were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Recovered drug paraphernalia reported in a property found incident at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Village Drive and Fairview Street was destroyed, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of East 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A black and white kitten was taken to the Animal Impoundment Center in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday on the 1600 block of Superior Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A missing wallet and its contents was reported at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 2nd Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A suspicious incident was reported at 10:01 a.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Tracy man, 56, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in a warrant pickup incident reported at 9:42 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 44, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in a warrant pickup incident reported at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Missing keys were reported at 8:33 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of West Lyon Street and North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

RUSSELL – An accident involving a deer was reported at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of Lyon County Road 60, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – A property damage accident was reported at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 2nd Street and Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman received minor injuries in a crash reported at 11:22 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said. A 2002 Chevrolet driven by Paige Beech received minor damaged when it struck a parked and unattended 1999 Ford, which received moderate damage, Police said.
