LYND – A Russell man, 37, was cited and arrested for DWI and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an alcohol related incident reported at 9:13 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Lyon County Road 4 and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 9:00 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Craig Avenue and 10th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
