Lyon County Sheriff’s Department

said.

group of people was dispersed

in a public disturbance

incident reported at

1:11 a.m. Friday on the

1300 block of Birch Street,

Marshall Police said.

BALATON – A search

warrant was executed in a

search warrant incident reported

at 1:09 a.m. Friday

on the 1600 block of 190th

Avenue, the Lyon County

Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A report

damage to property charges

on a Marshall man, 19, in a

damage to property incident

reported at 12:48 a.m. Friday

on the 1400 block of

East College Drive, Marshall

Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal

warning was given in a

noise incident reported at

11:49 p.m. Thursday on the

400 block of South 4th

Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A threat incident

was reported at 8:56

p.m. Thursday on the 400

block of Monroe Street,

Tracy Police said. No further

MARSHALL – An

Emergency Response Unit

activation incident reported

at 7:26 p.m. Thursday on the

600 block of West Main

Street is under investigation,

the Lyon County Sheriff’s

Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall

woman, 45, was arrested

on a Lyon County

warrant and brought to the

Law Enforcement Center in

a warrant pickup incident reported

at 7:12 p.m. Thursday

on the 400 block of Village

Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A

a hit-and-run incident reported

at 6:40 p.m. Thursday

North Barstad Road, the

said.

Minneota Police said.
