Crime for April 24
MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 41, was cited for driving after revocation and no insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 11:18 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Sunrise Lane and Charles Avenue, Marshall Police said. The woman’s car was later towed, Police said.
COTTONWOOD – A Marshall woman, 25, was cited for speeding in a traffic related incident reported at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of West 1st Street and East Park Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – A juvenile matter reported in a reciprocal incident at 8:16 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Spruce Drive was handled by Human Services, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 20, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD – A check fraud incident reported at 2:12 p.m. Wednesday on East Vermillion Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
TRACY – A suspicious incident was reported at 11:59 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
COTTONWOOD – A Cottonwood boy, 17, was cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of North Barstad Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges on a Marshall girl, 17, in a school bus stop incident reported at 8:05 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
