TRACY – A runaway was reported at 6:19 a.m. Friday on the 500 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 18, was cited for minor consumption and an Underwood, Iowa, man, 20, were cited for minor and public consumption in an incident reported at 1:55 a.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for a loud and noisy gathering reported at 1:48 a.m. Friday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Springfield woman, 19, and a Sleepy Eye woman, 20, were cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 11:22 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Birch Street and Mustang Trail, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – An incident described as all other was reported at 10:27 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of East 1st Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – An orange and white cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 9:12 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Ruthton man, 20, was cited for shoplifting in an incident reported at 8:22 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 24, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:42 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East College Drive and West Marshall Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
