MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of failure to yield charges on a Marshall man, 23, in a traffic related incident reported at 9:02 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Minnesota State Highway 23 and Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2003 Dodge driven by a Marshall man was struck by a 2002 Chrysler driven by a Marshall woman in a crash reported at 6:18 p.m. Friday near the intersection of South Bruce Street and Washington Avenue, Marshall Police said. The driver of the Chrysler was cited for no insurance and inattentive driving, Police said.
