Crime for Feb. 16

MARSHALL – A Mountain Lake man, 30, was cited and arrested for fourth degree DWI in an alcohol related incident reported at 1:15 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of South Whitney Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A South Dakota man, 20, was cited for giving a false names and date of birth to a police officer and minor consumption in a loud party, noise incident reported at 11:07 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of Lawrence Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An intoxicated female was released to a responsible party in a public disturbance incident reported at 6:10 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A male was cited and arrested for no Minnesota driver’s license, no insurance and failure to yield and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a property damage accident reported at 2:42 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Three children were taken into protective custody, and a report was being sent to Human Services in an incident reported at 1:14 a.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A broken window on a motor vehicle reported at 6:42 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Rainbow Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile male was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing legal process in an incident reported at 10:38 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said. He was released to a parent, Police said.
