MARSHALL – A Tracy woman, 19, was arrested and cited for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an alcohol related incident reported at 1:18 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 19, was cited for no insurance and his vehicle was towed in a traffic related incident reported at 12:17 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Meridian, South Dakota man, 24, was cited for failure to display current registration in a traffic related incident reported at 11:21 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Willow Street and North Bruce Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
