MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of felony domestic assault, fourth degree damage to property, trespassing and contempt of court charges on a Marshall man, 23, in a domestic incident reported at 2:55 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A suspicious incident was reported at 1:34 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 48, was arrested for second degree refusal to test and third degree DWI and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an alcohol related incident reported at 11:19 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An Avondale, Arizona man, 20, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 10:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of State Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 65, was cited for shoplifting in a theft incident reported at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A large, long-haired gray cat was taken to the Animal Impoundment Center in an animal complaint incident reported at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Spruce Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 37, was cited for a school bus stop arm violation in a school bus stop incident reported at 11:55 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of East Lyon Street and Kennedy Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A previously reported criminal sex incident reported at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A personal injury accident was reported at 12:01 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of East 4th Street and East Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A vehicle slid into some mailboxes in a property damage accident reported at 9:03 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

YELLOW MEDICINE COUNTY – Two Granite Falls residents were injured in a rear end crash reported at 5:25 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of U.S. Highway 212 and 300th Avenue, the Minnesota State Patrol said. Jason Zwart, 24, and Tanya Jeseritz, 36, both received non-life threatening injuries, State Patrol said. Both vehicles were westbound on U.S. Highway 212 when Zwart’s vehicle lost control on the icy road and struck Jeseritz’s vehicle, State Patrol said. The Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s Department assisted at the scene, State Patrol said.
