MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug and narcotics incident reported at 12:19 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 21, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of violation of order for protection charges on a Lynd woman, 43, in a violation of an order for protection incident reported at 10:11 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Information was given in a scam incident reported at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Eastwood Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A check fraud incident reported at 4:22 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive was referred to the Credit Bureau, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL – A juvenile matter was reported in an incident described as all other at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Miller Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Burglary reported 9:37 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Lawrence Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of theft charges on a Holland boy, 16, in an incident reported at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Wood Lake man was arrested for fourth degree DWI and a Hanley Falls man, 18, was cited for minor consumption in an incident reported at 3:49 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – No report was available on a property damage accident reported at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2006 Hyundai driven by a Marshall man received light damage when it struck a sign in a property damage accident reported at 11:54 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of East Saratoga Street and East Greeley Street, Marshall Police said.

RENVILLE COUNTY – A Marshall man was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday on Minnesota Highway 19, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2014 Dodge driven by Steven Ordemann of Marshall was demolished when Ordemann drifted onto the snow-covered shoulder and lost control, entering the ditch and rolling the vehicle twice, Patrol said. Ordemann was taken to the Redwood Falls Hospital with non life-threatening injuries, Patrol said. The Franklin Police Department and Renville County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.

TRACY – A property damage accident was reported at 10:25 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
