MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 25, was arrested for a condition of release violation and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident described as all other reported at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of North 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 40, was arrested on Minnesota and South Dakota warrants and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 10:00 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Birch Street and Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 27, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 1:28 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Two Marshall men, 21 and 22, were cited for a loud and noisy gathering in a noise complaint reported at 4:17 a.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A domestic incident reported at 1:43 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East Redwood Street was unfounded, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the County Attorney for consideration of fourth degree controlled substance violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and theft charges on an Echo woman, 37, in a theft incident reported at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said. A Willmar man, 23, was also cited for driving after revocation in the incident, Police said.

MARSHALL – Loud music was reported in a noise complaint at 10:09 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Ash Drive, Marshall Police said. The residence was quiet when officers arrived, Police said.

MARSHALL – A purse was reported stolen in a theft incident at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 12:19 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of 5th Street and Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A driver evaluation was requested in a traffic related incident reported at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of North 3rd Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 7:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Hackberry Drive

MARSHALL – A 1996 Toyota driven by a Crooks, South Dakota woman, 43, received moderate damage and a 2003 Jeep driven by a Marshall woman, 18, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of East College Drive and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
