MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 22, was arrested for domestic assault and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a domestic incident reported at 8:22 p.m. Saturday on the 900 block of Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 34, was arrested for violating conditions of his release and obstructing the legal process and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident described as all other reported at 11:28 a.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Credit card fraud reported in a theft incident at 11:28 a.m. Saturday on the 900 block of South 2nd Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -A Marshall woman, 45, was cited for no insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 11:15 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of North High Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A damage to property incident reported at 9:50 a.m. Saturday on the 1300 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 22, was arrested for second degree assault and first degree damage to property and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an assault incident reported at 1:55 a.m. Saturday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A missing cell phone was reported in an incident at 1:53 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 38, was arrested for second degree DWI and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an alcohol related incident reported at 1:23 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of Dogwood Avenue, Marshall Police said.
