MARSHALL – A suspicious incident reported at 7:39 a.m. Wednesday on the 2500 block of 310th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 34, was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 5:11 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of South 1st Street and East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 33, was cited for a parking violation in a parking complaint incident reported at 3:46 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of South 5th Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An Echo man, 60, was cited for a parking violation in a parking complaint incident reported 3:27 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Southview Drive and South Bend Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Casselberry, Florida man, 22, was arrested and cited for no Minnesota driver’s license and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related incident reported at 1:53 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Village Drive and Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Lynd woman, 24, was cited for no Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic related incident reported at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of South 4th Street and Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for go-cart traffic in a public disturbance incident reported at 8:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of Parkside Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 38, was cited for a parking violation in a parking complaint incident reported at 7:47 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Pipestone man, 58, was cited for a stop sign violation in a traffic related incident reported at 6:06 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Southview Drive and South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Beer was stolen in a theft incident reported at 6:01 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A 40-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of 320th Avenue and Lyon County Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A child was located in an incident reported at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An auto theft incident reported at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main was referred to Pipestone County where the incident occurred, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A suspicious incident reported at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 2500 block of 310th Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – A juvenile matter reported in a reciprocal incident at 10:47 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Central Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Minneota man, 60, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
