MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 19, was cited for no insurance and his vehicle was towed in a traffic related incident reported at 4:41 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of West College Drive and West Greeley Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 1:49 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY – A harassment incident was reported at 1:23 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD – A Cottonwood man, 24, was cited for driving after revocation, no insurance and expired tabs and his vehicle was towed in a traffic related incident reported at 12:31 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of North Barstad Road and West Front Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – A domestic incident was reported at 11:32 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 46, was arrested for domestic assault, obstructing the legal process, disorderly conduct and dangerous dog charges and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a domestic incident reported at 8:35 p.m. Tuesday on the 2600 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. Marshall Police also assisted at the scene, the Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD – A Cottonwood man, 38, was arrested and cited for no Minnesota driver’s license and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related incident reported at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 24, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile male returned home, and a report was sent to the county attorney in a runaway incident reported at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Locust Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Walnut Grove man, 28, turned himself in on a Brown County warrant in a warrant pickup incident reported at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of underage tobacco violation and following too close charges on a Garvin girl, 17, in a traffic related incident reported at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Lyon County Road 14 and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – No contact was made in a warrant pickup incident reported at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of State Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 18, was arrested for a violation of conditions of release and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a domestic incident reported at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department also assisted at the scene, Police said.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 12:13 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Williams Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A suspicious vehicle incident was reported at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – Keys were found at ACMC in an incident reported at 9:38 a.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Ghent woman, 24, turned herself in on a Lyon County warrant in a warrant pickup incident reported at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A wallet was found and a letter was sent to its owner in an incident reported at 9:04 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Paris Road, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2006 Ford driven by a Ghent man, 27, received severe damage and a 2009 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 43, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of South A Street and East Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.
