TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 1:08 a.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON -An Owatonna woman, 20, was cited for no proof of insurance and expired tabs in a traffic related incident reported at 8:35 p.m. Wednesday on the 2200 block of East U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA – An animal complaint incident was reported at 6:58 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of East 3rd Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Pequot Lakes woman, 21, was cited for speeding in a traffic related incident reported at 1:32 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 33, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – An unauthorized charge on a credit card reported in a theft incident at 12:46 p.m. Wednesday on the 1700 block of 110th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 12:54 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A Walnut Grove teen received minor injuries in a personal injury accident reported at 9:35 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said. Bee Her was taken to the hospital by ambulance after his 2008 Acura slid on the ice and struck a pole, Police said. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department, Marshall Fire Department and North Memorial Ambulance assisted at the scene, Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2009 bus driven by a Marshall man, 42, received light damage and a 1989 Chevy driven by a Marshall man, 27, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 11:27 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.
