COTTONWOOD – A Cottonwood man, 48, was cited for an instruction permit violation in a traffic related incident reported at 7:01 a.m. Friday near the intersection of 360th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 1:52 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of East 2nd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of assault and other charges on a Marshall man, 21, in an assault incident reported at 12:45 a.m. Friday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted on the scene, Police said.

MARSHALL – A Jordan woman, 19, and a Litchfield woman, 18, were cited for minor consumption in an alcohol related incident reported at 12:12 a.m. Friday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Shakopee man, 19, was cited for minor consumption and possession of a small amount of marijuana in an alcohol related incident reported at 11:29 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Shakopee man, 19, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 11:19 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block go East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Commerce City, Colorado man, 19, was arrested and cited for fourth degree DWI, underage drinking and driving and minor consumption and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an alcohol related incident reported at 11:02 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of North 5th Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said. A Winona man, 18, a Columbia Heights man, 19, and a Fridley man, 18, were also cited for minor consumption, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Tracy woman, 50, in an assault incident reported at 10:46 p.m. Thursday on the 1900 block of 330th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA – An animal complaint incident was reported at 6:56 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of East 2nd Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A reciprocal incident reported at 5:17 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street was handled by Human Services, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL – A gas drive-off was reported in a theft incident at 4:26 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Old Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. The driver was contacted to go back and pay for the gas, the Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 43, was cited for expired registration and no proof of insurance in a traffic related incident reported at 3:15 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of South Bruce Street and Washington Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 2:16 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Hollett Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall girl, 17, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a warrant pickup incident reported at 1:27 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 11:58 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Jewett Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A civil matter was reported at 11:07 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Pine Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A violation of an order for protection incident reported at 8:49 a.m. Thursday on the 700 block of North 7th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A reciprocal incident reported at 8:09 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
