Courts for Dec. 19
MARSHALL – Jolene Carmel Goblish, 52, of Marshall, pleaded not guilty in Lyon County District Court Dec. 9 to two counts of first degree driving while impaired charges. A complaint alleges Goblish drove while under the influence of drugs in Marshall on May 19. Goblish requested a speedy trial. A trial date was set for Jan. 29-30, and a pre-trial hearing was set for Jan. 20.
MARSHALL – Jason Bradley Degroat, 36, of Garvin, appeared in Lyon County District Court Dec. 9 on charges of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety. A complaint alleges Degroat drove with a canceled license in Marshall on Oct. 28. A hearing was set for Dec. 23.
MARSHALL – William Richard Moudry, 38, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court Dec. 10 on charges of third degree driving while impaired. A complaint alleges Moudry drove with an alcohol level of .19 in Marshall on Nov. 1. A hearing was set for Dec. 23. Bail for Moudry was set at $12,000 without conditions, or release with conditions including appear in court, abide by laws and abstain from alcohol and drugs.
MARSHALL – Paul Charles Demings, 21, of Plano, Texas, appeared in Lyon County District Court Dec. 10 on charges of refusing to submit to a chemical test. A complaint alleges Demings refused to take a chemical test in Marshall on Oct. 28. A hearing was set for Dec. 23. Bail for Demings was set at $12,000 without conditions, or release with conditions including appear in court, abide by laws and abstain from alcohol and drugs.
MARSHALL – Robert Allen Rolfes, 37, of Iona, appeared in Lyon County District Court Dec. 10 on charges of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, failure to provide proof of insurance, and window tint violation. A complaint alleges Rolfes drove with a canceled license in Marshall on Oct. 24. A hearing was set for Dec. 23. Bail for Rolfes was set at $3,000 without conditions, or release with conditions including appear in court and abide by laws.
