MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 24, was cited for public consumption in an incident reported at 1:34 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -A vehicle was keyed in a damage to property incident reported at 2:22 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 31, was released to a responsible party in an intoxication incident reported at 6:18 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of South Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 24, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:32 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Mustang Trail and Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 28, was arrested for giving a false name and date of birth and driving after revocation and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related incident reported at 11:38 a.m. Friday at the intersection of East Main Street and South 1st Street, Marshall Police said.
