MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 21, was cited for expired tabs in a traffic related incident reported at 3:46 a.m. Monday near the intersection of South 6th Street and West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – A Tracy woman, 24, was arrested for fourth degree DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:37 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of West 2nd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 40, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:07 p.m. Sunday on the 2300 block of 250th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – An incident described as all other reported at 8:28 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of North 4th Street was referred to Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 36, was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident described as all other reported at 8:17 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.
