MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 26, was cited for driving without a valid license in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:49 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Willow Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 10:17 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL – A Russell man, 63, was arrested for third degree refusal to test, fourth degree DWI and obstructing legal process, and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 9:38 p.m. Monday on the 1800 block of 170th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – A burglary reported at 7:36 p.m. Monday on the 1700 block of 260th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA – A family matter was reported at 7:34 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of minor consumption charges on a Marshall boy, 15, in an incident reported at 6:53 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 5:59 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A public disturbance incident was reported at 4:16 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – Theft of headphones was reported at 2:21 p.m. Monday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – The subject of a public disturbance incident reported at 2:02 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Bruce Street was given a verbal warning and advised to go home, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – Damage to a vehicle was reported at 11:06 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Cottonwood Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A parked trailer was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 9:24 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – Theft of items from a vehicle was reported at 8:58 a.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Lisa Lane, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 10:46 a.m. on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. A 2002 Ford driven by Trisha Johnson of Lamberton and a 2013 Mazda driven by Kathy Lavoy of Echo both received severe damage in the crash, Police said. Lavoy, Johnson and two passengers in the Ford, Gykala Gregg and Jordan Woel, were injured and taken to the hospital by ambulance, Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 6:51 p.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2001 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall woman, 19, received moderate damage when it struck a building in an incident reported at 5:10 p.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 1995 Audi driven by a Marshall woman, 21, and a 2005 Pontiac driven by a Marshall woman, 27, received moderate damage in a two-vehicle crash reported at 12:02 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of North Bruce and Birch streets, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – A 2012 bus driven by a Marshall man, 63, received light damage when it struck fascia under a roof’s edge at the Fieldcrest Assisted Living Building in a property damage accident reported at 3:09 p.m. Saturday on East Vermillion Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 4:26 p.m. Friday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
