BALATON – A search warrant was executed at 1:09 a.m. Wednesday on the 2400 block of 160th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning was given for noise reported at 1:02 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A harassment incident was reported at 11:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of 8th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON – A Balaton man, 49, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11 p.m. Tuesday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Two girls’ bicycles were reported stolen at 9:02 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Sunrise Lane, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – Marshall Police assisted the Chesapeake, Va., Police Department in an incident reported at 5:39 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Hamden Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

BALATON – The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted Yellow Medicine County in an incident reported at 5:22 p.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of 190th Avenue, the Sheriff’s Department said.

LYON COUNTY – A Lyon County warrant was served on a Tracy woman, 60, in an incident reported at 4:38 p.m. Tuesday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A boys’ bicycle was reported stolen at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 18, was cited for having no Minnesota driver’s license, and a Marshall woman, 55, was cited for permitting illegal operation of a vehicle, in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Southview Drive and Marguerite Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A vehicle with no insurance was towed in an traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:55 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An identity theft incident reported at 10:59 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A dog taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of East Main Street was later released to its owner after fees were paid, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A brick was thrown through a vehicle window in a damage to property incident reported at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Skyline Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Tracy man, 37, was arrested for driving after suspension and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday near the Lyon County Courthouse, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

WABASSO – A Lucan man was injured in a crash reported at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday on Minnesota Highway 68 east of Wabasso, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1998 Ford driven by John Carlson, 63, of Lucan, was westbound on Highway 68 when it collided with a 2015 Freightliner driven by Todd Abbas, 29, of Sioux Falls, S.D., the State Patrol said. Carlson was taken to the Redwood Area Hospital in Redwood Falls with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said.

The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, the Wabasso Fire Department and North Memorial Ambulance also responded at the scene.

TRACY – A property damage accident was reported at 12:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East 2nd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Welcome woman, 22, and a 2001 Toyota driven by a Marshall woman, 44, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 8:59 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lynd Street and South 5th Street, Marshall Police said.
