MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 19, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:08 a.m. Wednesday on Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A mailbox was flattened in a damage to property incident reported at 5:53 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Elaine Avenue, Marshall Police said.

LYND – Check fraud reported at 2:46 p.m. Tuesday in Lynd is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A 2011 Kia driven by a Marshall woman, 22, received moderate damage, and a 2004 Chrysler driven by a Marshall man, 43, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 10:22 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.
