Crime for April 30

MARSHALL – A Porter man, 45, was cited for driving after revocation and failure to comply with license plate impoundment in an a traffic related incident reported at 5:28 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Erie Road and Hahn Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal argument was reported at 11:21 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A theft reported at 10:45 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Redwood Falls man, 26. was cited for no insurance and two Morton women, 22 and 21, were cited for open bottle in a traffic related incident reported at 9:14 p.m. Monday on East College Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A harassment incident reported at 7:24 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 5:22 p.m. Monday on Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 18, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:20 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Jackson man, 24, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 12:07 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A reciprocal incident reported at 10:53 a.m. Monday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A brown cat was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 10:32 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Prospect Road, Marshall Police said.
