Crime/accidents for April 24

MARSHALL – A vehicle was tampered with in an incident reported at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of East Marshall Street, Marshall Police said. Two homeless men, ages 18 and 21, were arrested in connection with the incident, Police said.

MARSHALL – Two homeless men, ages 18 and 21, were cited for tampering with a motor vehicle, theft, possession of stolen property and liability for crimes of another and were brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 2:59 a.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA – A public disturbance was reported at 7:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of North Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY – A suspicious vehicle was reported at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 3:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 2600 block of Minnesota Highway 23 were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A black pug was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday on Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Movies were taken in a burglary reported at 2:42 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A theft incident was reported at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A girls’ bicycle reported found at 8:27 a.m. Tuesday near Justice Park was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2003 Peterbilt driven by a San Tan Valley, Ariz., man, 43, received light damage when it struck a parked 2009 Kenworth in a collision reported at 7:35 a.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said. The Kenworth received moderate damage, Police said.
