MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 45, was arrested for driving after cancellation, third degree refusal to test and fourth degree DWI and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 12:53 a.m. Thursday on Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A suspicious incident was reported at 12:50 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of South 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A verbal argument was reported at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of F Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – The subjects of a threat incident reported at 5:26 p.m. Wednesday were counseled and advised, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 1998 Chevrolet was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 3 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of West Erie Road, Marshall Police said.
