MARSHALL – A letter was sent to the owner of a debit card reported found at 10:38 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD – An assault reported at 7:37 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of East 2nd Street South is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – A wristlet wallet and its contents were reported lost at 3:26 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of Deschepper Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – Theft of a cellular phone was reported at 2:53 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 25, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 8:56 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A 2000 Chevrolet driven by an Arco man, 19, was demolished in a rollover crash reported at 10:54 p.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. The vehicle swerved to miss a deer, left the roadway and rolled, the Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL – A 2003 Ford driven by a Marshall woman, 36, and a 1995 Saturn driven by a Marshall man, 23, both received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 11:52 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 10:08 a.m. Monday on the 900 block of Oak Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A 2003 Ford driven by a Marshall woman, 80, received light damage when it struck a sign owned by the city of Marshall in a property damage accident reported at 9:40 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
