MARSHALL – Subjects of a threat incident reported at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Robert Street were counseled and advised, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 28, was arrested and cited for fleeing on foot and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an assault incident reported at 8:39 p.m. Wednesday in an alley between Lyon Street and Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD – The subjects of a harassment incident reported at 12:57 p.m. Wednesday on East Second Street were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 25, was possibly bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 11:16 a.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said. The woman was treated at the emergency room and the dog was quarantined at the animal impoundment center, Police said.

MARSHALL – A bicycle was reported found at 10:43 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Horizon Drive and taken to storage, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An animal bite incident was reported at 9:37 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A fraud incident reported at 9:28 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of North Whitney Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A 2007 Chrysler driven by a Marshall woman, 62, received moderate damage, and a 2012 Chevrolet driven by a Lake Benton woman, 31, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.
