MARSHALL – Jennifer Maureen Byrne, 40, of Tracy, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on two counts of third degree driving while impaired charges and careless driving charges. A complaint alleges Byrne drove while impaired in Tracy on Oct. 19. A hearing was set for April 22.

MARSHALL – Travis Virgil Johnson, 29, of Balaton, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on charges of driving while impaired – refusal to test, driving while impaired and open bottle. A complaint alleges Johnson refused to take a chemical test in Lyon County on May 24. A hearing was set for May 6.

MARSHALL – Chueyee Her, 32, of Tracy, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on charges of third degree driving while impaired – refusal to test, fourth degree driving while impaired, careless driving, failure to keep to the right side of the roadway and failure to stop at a stop sign. A complaint alleges Her drove while impaired and refused to take a chemical test in Tracy on Oct. 12. A hearing was set for May 6.

MARSHALL – Donna Marie Meier, 60, of Tracy, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on two counts of third degree driving while impaired charges. A complaint alleges Meier drove with an alcohol level of .13 in Tracy on March 19, 2013. A hearing was set for April 22.

MARSHALL – Ashley Lynn Gruhot, 24, of Tracy, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on charges of school bus stop arm violation and two counts of issuing a dishonored check charges. A complaint alleges Gruhot disobeyed the stop arm of a school bus in Tracy on Sept. 30, and in separate incidents wrote dishonored checks at Tracy businesses in February 2013. A hearing was set for April 22.

MARSHALL – Adam Christopher Sumerfelt, 30, of Minneota, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on charges of refusing a chemical test and open bottle. A complaint alleges Sumerfelt refused to take a chemical test in Marshall on Feb. 19. The court found probable cause for the charges, and a hearing was set for May 6.

MARSHALL – Gary Roy Westberg, 49, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on charges of driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety. A complaint alleges Westberg drove with a canceled license in Marshall on Jan. 31. A hearing was set for May 6.

MARSHALL – Joann Carol Sile, 34, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on charges of malicious punishment of a child. A complaint alleges Sile severely spanked a child in Marshall in February. A hearing was set for May 6.

MARSHALL – Andrew Camiel Bradtke, 24, of Lynd, appeared in Lyon County District Court April 8 on charges of fifth degree assault and two counts of driving while impaired charges. A complaint alleges Bradtke assaulted a woman in Lyon County on March 25. A hearing was set for May 6.
