LYON COUNTY – A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of third degree DWI charges on a Canby woman in an incident reported at 2:29 p.m. Wednesday on Minnesota Highway 68, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 64, was arrested on a Chippewa County warrant in an incident reported at 12:29 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Granite Falls man, 18, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center to wait for Chippewa County to transport in an incident reported at 2 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – No report was in on a violation of an order for protection in an incident reported at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall boy, 17, was arrested on a Redwood County warrant and released to Redwood County in an incident reported at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Three incidents of theft of library materials reported between 3:56 and 4:04 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of C Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – No report was in on an incident described as all other reported at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Nuese Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 59, was arrested on a Cottonwood County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:38 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of gas from vehicles was reported at 5:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – No damage to vehicles was reported in a hit-and-run incident reported at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
