MARSHALL – A criminal sexual conduct incident reported at 7:27 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A domestic incident was reported at 8:28 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Hollett Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A juvenile matter reported at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of South A Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A juvenile reported as a runaway at 4:57 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 2nd Street was returned home, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on an incident reported at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Parkside Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Theft of coins from a vehicle was reported at 3:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault and burglary charges on a Marshall man, 32, in an incident reported at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a verbal argument reported at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street were separated, Marshall Police said.

TRACY – A domestic incident was reported at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL – A black and white cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A theft reported at 7:16 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2012 Ford driven by a Tyler woman, 37, received moderate damage and a 2012 Chevrolet driven by a Canby woman, 74, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 11:02 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
