MARSHALL – A verbal argument was reported at 10:59 p.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An orange and white cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 7:16 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 2011 Jeep was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 5:34 p.m. Monday on the 1600 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Broken windows reported at 5:21 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of 3rd Street are under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A bus driven by a Ghent man, 72, and a parked and unattended 2012 Chevrolet both received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 4:30 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A letter was sent to the owner of a driver’s license reported found at 2:23 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A family matter incident reported at 12:16 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Timberlane Drive will be handled by Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A black cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:55 a.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A 2012 Toyota driven by a Walnut Grove man, 22, received moderate damage and a 2004 Dodge driven by a Marshall man, 72, was undamaged in a property damage accident reported at 3:33 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 4th Street and Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 10:30 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.
