Crime/accidents for Feb. 4
MARSHALL – A vehicle was towed for unpaid parking tickets in an incident reported at 2:01 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 2005 Pontiac was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 3:39 p.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A parked and unattended 2002 Kia was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 2:27 p.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.
TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 11:13 a.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL – A dog taken to the animal impound in an incident reported at 8:35 a.m. Sunday on the 1500 block of East College Drive was later released to its owner, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – Damage to a vehicle mirror was reported at 8:05 a.m. Sunday on the 900 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall woman, 23, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:52 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of College Drive and Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – The subject of a public disturbance incident reported at 10:54 p.m. Saturday was asked to leave the building, Marshall Police said.
TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 11:39 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
Accidents
MARSHALL – A report is not yet complete on a property damage accident reported at 5:57 a.m. Monday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A 2003 Oldsmobile driven by a Hills woman, 19, received moderate damage and a 2002 Ford driven by a Marshall man, 18, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 11:51 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Saratoga Street and West College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A property damage accident reported at 6:53 a.m. Sunday on Village Drive was handled by Marshall Police, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
