LYON COUNTY – The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Marshall Police Department in an investigation reported at 9:06 a.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Dano Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of first degree criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, fifth degree assault charges on a Marshall man, 21, in an incident reported at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Lawrence Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Marshall woman was arrested on a violation of conditions of release and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A Balch Springs, Texas man, 18, was arrested for fourth degree DWI, underage drinking and driving, minor consumption and no valid Minnesota drivers license and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:02 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of East Main Street and E Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A verbal warning for loudness was issued at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.
