MARSHALL – A girls’ bicycle reported found at 8:24 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of West College Drive was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of third degree refusal to test, fourth degree DWI and seatbelt violation charges on a Marshall woman, 18, in an incident reported at 1:32 p.m. Saturday on Lyon County Road 75, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TRACY – An animal complaint incident was reported at 7:41 a.m. Saturday on the 500 block of Adams Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA – An incident described as all other was reported at 10:42 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of South Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY – An incident reported at 1:59 p.m. Friday was handled by Human Services, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – A 2001 Chrysler driven by a Marshall man, 19, received severe damage and a 1999 Cadillac driven by a Marshall man, 42, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 9:58 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
