MARSHALL – A Marshall man, 30, was arrested and cited for order for protection violation and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:54 a.m. Thursday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A school bus stop arm violation reported at 3:27 p.m. Thursday on the intersection of Marshall Street and 5th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL – A Marshall boy, 17, was bitten by a dog and treated at the Marshall emergency room in an animal bite incident reported at 5:37 p.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY – The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Minnesota State Patrol in a property damage accident reported at 7:59 a.m. Thursday on Minnesota Highway 68, the sheriff’s department said.
MARSHALL – A 2007 Chevrolet driven by a Minneota man, 54, received light damage and a 2001 Chrysler driven by a Tyler woman, 19, received severe damage in an incident reported at 7:42 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of Channel Parkway and Minnesota Highway 68, Marshall Police said.
