Crime/accidents for Feb. 1

MARSHALL – A Tyler man, 33, was arrested for third degree refusal to test, fourth degree DWI, illegible license plates and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:09 a.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL – Parties in a harassment incident reported at 3:10 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Lynd Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – An incident reported at 2:19 p.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL – A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of terroristic threat charges on a St. Peter man, 49, in an incident reported at 9:53 a.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

GREEN VALLEY – A check reported found at 9:23 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL – A vehicle collided with a sign in a property damage accident reported at 4:32 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. Both the vehicle and sign were undamaged, Police said.

GARVIN – A report is not yet complete on a property damage accident reported at 4:24 p.m. Thursday at Garvin Park, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
