Riverland announces dean’s list

Riverland Community College announces the students whose academic achievement placed them on the 2018 spring president’s and dean’s lists.

Canby, Jarrett Heinrich, dean’s list

To be eligible for the dean’s list students must have completed 12 credits per semester with letter grades and have earned a grade-point average of 3.25 to 3.99 on a 4.00 scale.

Area students named to dean’s list at Bethel

The following students have been named to the dean’s list for academic excellence for the spring 2018 semester at Bethel University, St. Paul:

Tracy: Cassandra Hook, senior. Ellen Tiegs, senior.

The dean’s list honors students who achieve an outstanding scholastic record during a semester with a grade-point average of 3.6 or greater.

Area students graduate from Bethel

The following area students graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, following the spring 2018 semester.

Tracy: Cassandra Hook, bachelor of arts, counseling. She is the daughter of Tom and Shannon Hook

Ellen Tiegs, bachelor of science, nursing. She is the daughter of Dave and Kristin Tiegs.

Johnson on NWC dean’s list

Lauren Johnson, a student at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, has earned a spot on the academic dean’s list for the spring 2018 semester.

The dean’s list is comprised of students who have achieved a semester grade- point average of 3.50 or above while carrying a minimum of 12 graded hours.

Johnson is a junior and music major at Northwestern College. She is the daughter of Kristie Johnson of Florence.
