n Reminder: Marshall City Hall will be closed Monday, Feb. 19, in observance of Presidents Day.

n Introduction to Windows 10 will be from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, at the Marshall Middle School (media center/library). Participants will spend time understanding Microsoft’s latest operating system. Fee: $40 per person.

n Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning will be from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, at the Adult Community Center. This is a thorough course covering the benefits and pitfalls of estate planning using wills, trusts, power of attorney, living wills and health care directives. Fee: $5 per person.

n Know Your Credit will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Adult Community Center. Learn how credit works, tools that are available to build credit, budgeting tools and keeping good credit once it has been established. Fee: $10 per person.

n Introduction to Playing the Ukulele and More will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at The Note Gallery (356 West Main Street). You can learn how to play the ukulele in just one session! Fee: $12.50 per person if you have a ukulele or an additional $70 to purchase your own ukulele kit.

n Introduction to Guitar 101 (for ages 10 and older) will be from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Note Gallery (356 W. Main St.) on Mondays from Feb. 26-March 12. Learn the basics of guitar playing while having fun and meeting new friends. Fee: $35 per person.

n Pause into Your Power through Mindfulness will be from 5:30-7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, at the Adult Community Center. Fay Prairie will demonstrate how mindfulness can help you feel more satisfied and happy — even improving your immune system and reducing your chances for heart disease or cancer. Fee: $20 per person.

n ECFE — FUNdamentals (for birth-5 years with a parent) will be from 6-7:30 p.m. Mondays (Feb. 26-May 21) at the ECFE office in the Marshall Middle School. Fee: $48 per family (Sliding fee scale applies to this class.)

n Beginning hockey will be from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays from Feb. 26 through March 22 at the Red Baron Arena & Expo. This program is for boys and girls ages 4 through 4th grade who have no previous organized hockey experience to have fun and be introduced to the sport of hockey. Fee: $40 per person.

n Icky, Sticky….Creating More Fun will be from 3:30-5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, at the Marshall Middle School for boys and girls in grades 3-8. Kids will have the chance to get hands-on messy with bubbles, ooze and more. Fee: $10 per person.

n ECFE — Renegade Rules (for birth-5 years with a parent) will be from 4:30-6 p.m. Thursdays (March 1-22) at the ECFE Office in the Marshall Middle School. Fee: $16 per family (Sliding fee scale applies to this class.)

n Introduction to Line Dancing will be from 2-3 p.m. Sundays (March 4-25) in the West Side School gym. Because the steps are simple and do not involve dancing with a partner, line dancing is ideal for singles and non-dancers. Fee: $25 per person.

n Babysitting Training Course will be from 3:30-5 p.m. Mondays (March 5-26) at the Marshall Middle School. Designed for 11- to 15-year-olds, this course will teach what every parent wants in a safe and responsible babysitter: the business of babysitting, ways to entertain children of all ages, first aid and emergency procedures, infant/toddler care and feeding, including diapering. Fee: $20 per person.

n MCS Red Baron Arena evening open skate will be from 7-10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and from 7-9 p.m. Sundays. Open adult hockey will be from 7-9 p.m. Wednesdays. Admission for open skate and open hockey is $5 per skater with rental skates available for $3. Open family skate will be from 2-4 p.m. Sundays as the facility schedule permits.
