TUESDAY BOYS BASKETBALL: Lakers fall to Pipestone Area

PIPESTONE – The Lakeview boys basketball team fell to Pipestone Area 76-48 on Tuesday.

Tate Varpness led the way for the Lakers with 11 points while Tyler Imes added eight and Carter Louwagie had six. Varpness led in rebounds with seven while Kailen French led in steals with three.

Lakeview wraps up its regular season with a 16-9 record and will face the winner of the No. 6N Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg/No. 11N Wabasso game on Saturday at 4 p.m. in Montevideo.
