YOUTH BASKETBALL: Marshall seventh grade girls basketball team to play in Pacesetter State Championships Sunday

MARSHALL – The Marshall seventh grade girls, after qualifying in a region tournament in the spring, will play in the Pacesetter Minnesota Youth Basketball State Championships on Sunday, June 25, at Maple Grove Middle School.

All teams will play three to four games in one day. See complete brackets with times and further information at www.pacesettersports.net.

First-round pairings are Bemidji vs. Burnsville, Mountain Iron-Buhl vs. Tracy-Milroy-Balaton, Lake City vs. Esko and Marshall vs. Crookston.

Over 600 teams competed in the regionals statewide. The top two teams at the state tournament advance to Pacesetter Great Four-State Championships with top teams from North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa.
